This is a pretty cool tool. It can convert a bitmap image into vector artwork. If you aren't a graphics geek, what this basically means is that it can create image files that you can resize as large as you want without getting jagged blocky edges. Or you can just create quick and dirty "cartoony" versions of photos without the need for graphics software packages like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
