I just wasted the past half hour on this site. It takes predesigned parts that you can rescale and move around to create what looks like a police sketch artist's rendition of your likeness. I posted an old pic of myself and what I created side by side. It's not 100% but I think it matches enough that if the "sketch" was circulated and I was wanted by the police, I think I'd get identified quickly enough.
