Famed conservationist and zealous animal lover, Steve Irwin, has passed away. He died while shooting marine documentary footage from a stingray barb through his chest.
He was known for his trademark of getting truly up close and personal with the animals he was trying to teach about. Even though it is unfortunate that he has passed on, at least the man died doing what he loved the most.

Comment im going to miss that guy. i will never forget the time he was checking out a snake and it bit him. he had to haul ass to back his truck (with snake in hand) and look up the snake to see if it was poisinous. it wasn't but it was too funny! Comment So said it is. So very, very sad. |
