Every Jedi's life starts with hard training.
Looks like somebody has to hit the treadmill and train a little harder. He is leaping around the woods with a metal pole with the delusion that he has some sword skills.
The video is very reminiscent of the Star Wars kid. I don't know if the intent of the video was to copy the "kid," but it doesn't matter, it's still pretty funny.
