Low Gravity Experiments

The tests were conducted in part to develop the ability to rapidly deploy large liquid drops by rupturing an enclosing membrane.

For you non geeks, that translates into popping water balloons. Except these scientists are doing this in a low gravity environment aboard a DC-9.
