Do you like games like Rock Band and Guitar Hero? Then you'll probably like Jam Legend. It uses the F1 through F5 keys while playing so you can hold your keyboard upside down with the keys facing your monitor while you strum with your right hand tapping the Enter key. If you don't want to do that, you can also just play the version without tapping the Enter key, but your timing has to be much more precise.
