Rocketboom has video footage from a helicopter searching for survivors and you can listen to their radio communications between various parties in this search and rescue operation. At the time this footage was taken, there appears to be a lack of organization because all parties involved don't even have a co-ordinated radio frequency to communicate. However everyone is doing the best job they can despite these circumstances. Hopefully now that real relief is starting to come into the affected areas, things will start to roll more smoothly.
