Allergies are Killing Me

I'm sitting here with a pretty bad allergy feeling like crap. My eyes are all pink and swollen with my right eye feeling like sandpaper has been run across it. No amount of Visine will ease the itch. I've also just gone on a sneezing marathon. I think I hit a new personalbest worst with about 12 sneezes in a row. I thought about taking an anti-histamine earlier, but decided against it. Boy do I regret that decision now. I'm taking some now.
It seems my allergies just get worse the older the I get. Or maybe city pollution is just getting worse. Either way, I'm starting to dread mid-spring more and more.
